This policy explains what Table 7 Pro does with personal information collected through this website. It covers the website only. If you are a guest booking a table at a restaurant that uses our system, the restaurant is the data controller for your booking and its own privacy policy applies.
Who we are
Table 7 Pro provides a table reservation system for independent restaurants. Our website address is https://table7pro-es.stackstaging.com and you can reach us at support@table7pro-es.stackstaging.com.
What we collect when you contact us
When you send us a message through the contact form we collect your name, your email address, your restaurant name if you give it, your phone number if you give it, the enquiry type you choose and the content of your message. Our form software also records the date and time of the submission and the IP address it came from, which is used to identify automated spam.
If you message us on WhatsApp instead, that conversation is held on WhatsApp under Meta’s own terms as well as being visible to our support team.
Why we hold it, and on what basis
We use what you send us to answer your enquiry and, where you have asked about the product, to follow up about it. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests, specifically responding to someone who has approached us, together with your consent given by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us.
We do not sell your details, we do not share them with advertisers, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you sent an enquiry.
How long we keep it
Form submissions are stored in this website’s database and in our support inbox. We keep enquiries that do not become customers for twenty four months, then delete them. Records relating to customers are kept for as long as the account is open and for six years afterwards, which is the period we are required to keep business records for.
Who else sees it
Our website and email are hosted in the United Kingdom by our hosting provider, who processes data on our behalf under contract. Nobody else receives your enquiry. We do not transfer personal data outside the UK or the European Economic Area, other than where you have chosen to contact us on WhatsApp.
Cookies and measurement
This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third party tracking. Our form software may set a short lived cookie to keep your entry intact if the page reloads, and our hosting sets a cookie to manage page caching. Neither is used to build a profile of you.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, and object to us using it. Email support@table7pro-es.stackstaging.com and we will respond within one month.
If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information we will update this page and change the date below.
